Most training programs are assembled from templates. EntropyFit programs are diagnosed, then built — every exercise selection traces back to one of four underlying principles. This is the system, in order.
Multi-Planar Progression
Sagittal → Frontal → Transverse → Integration.
The body doesn’t live in the sagittal plane — but most training programs act like it does. Real-world pain and injury almost always show up when a joint gets asked to control frontal or transverse forces it was never trained to handle. EntropyFit programs move clients through all three planes deliberately, in sequence, before integrating them under real-world speed and load.

Constraint-Based Progression
Progress by removing or introducing constraints — not by guessing at difficulty.
Instead of layering on arbitrary complexity, EntropyFit manipulates the specific constraint that’s limiting a movement: base of support, range, tempo, load, visual input, or external perturbation. Change one constraint at a time and you can actually see what the body was compensating for.
Tissue Adaptation Timelines
Tendon, ligament, muscle, and bone adapt on different clocks — programming has to respect that.
A generic 4-week progression schedule was never built around your tissue. It was built around a calendar. EntropyFit paces load progression against the actual physiological timelines different tissue types require to remodel and strengthen — which is also why the process asks for patience most programs don’t.
Power, expressed last — because it was earned first

The sequencing logic underneath every program EntropyFit builds.
You can’t safely express power through a joint that can’t stabilize. You can’t build meaningful strength on top of instability. Stability is earned first, strength second, power last — a hierarchy that sounds obvious and is routinely skipped by programs in a hurry to load the bar.
